What we believe and teach

The basis of our belief is the Bible; the holy inspired Word of God.
We believe the Bible teaches that:

· God gives all the guidance necessary to please and serve Him faithfully. II Tim. 3:16; I Peter 1:20-21

· Every person has worth as a creation of God, but is separated from Him because of sin. Rom. 3:23

· Forgiveness is available to all that believe in Jesus who are willing to change, confess their faith and be

baptized for the remission of sin. hn 3:16; Rom. 10:9; Acts 2:38

· Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12; I Cor. 15:1-8

· God gives the Holy Spirit to his children to guide them in their changed lives. Acts 2:38; I Cor. 12;11; Rom. 8;

· Eph. 5:18for which he prayed. John 17:20-23;

Eph. 4:1-16

· Jesus Christ will one day return to take His believers home with Him, and reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of

Lords. I Thess. 4:13-18

Vision Statement
In obedience to our Lord Jesus, the vision of Christ's church at Walled Lake is to make disciples of all people, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for the forgiveness of sins and equipping them for a lifetime of faithful service to God.
