Who we are
We are a congregation of the churches of Christ. We are not affiliated with any denomination but, instead, seek only to be Christians. Our fellowship consists of over one point two million members with over 13,000 congregations in the U.S. alone, with sister congregations on every inhabited continent of the world. The estimated world wide membership of churches of Christ is over three million. Each congregation is governed by its own elders, in harmony with the New Testament.

We follow the New Testament as our only rule of faith and practice. We want to speak where the Bible speaks and be silent where the Bible is silent. We want to know God's will and live it in our lives.

 

Activities
In addition to worship services and Bible classes, we are involved in ministry projects both at home and abroad. We support missionaries in Panama and India as well as mission points in the northern lower and upper peninsulas of Michigan. We are also involved with our local area and host many community groups in our building. These include Alcoholics Anonymous, Alanon, Boy Scouts of America and Hospitality House. We also offer a Vacation Bible School each summer and other activities for children and adults throughout the year.
